4. Google Fonts

Opsvane may use external service providers to operate the website and communications, including:
- Firebase Hosting / Google Cloud, for website hosting and delivery
- Formspree, for receiving and forwarding project inquiry form submissions
- Google Analytics, only when you accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner
- Google Fonts, for font delivery
- An email provider, for receiving and storing email communications
These providers may process personal data on Opsvane's behalf or as independent controllers where applicable.
8. International Transfers
Some service providers used by the website may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, Opsvane relies on the provider's applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions where relevant.
9. Retention
Server access logs are retained in accordance with Firebase Hosting's standard retention practices.
Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
10. Cookies and Tracking
Opsvane uses Google Analytics only after you select Accept in the cookie banner. Your preference is stored in your browser so the banner is not shown again. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Technical requests to external services such as Google Fonts may involve data processing by those services as described in Section 4.
